Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Medical Director, Immunology in the US to lead the integrated medical strategy for Immunology, driving evidence generation, external engagement, and alignment with clinical development and market access. This role partners with Field Medical and cross-functional teams to optimize patient outcomes and payer value.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated U.S. Medical Plan covering Medical Education, Medical Communications and Publications, Health Outcomes, Safety, and Clinical Research.
• Translate medical strategy into clear, actionable tactical plans; communicate progress to leadership and partners.
• Ensure medical strategy aligns with clinical development and US needs.
• Provide medical leadership and scientific input to Clinical, Commercial, Market Access, Regulatory, and Sales functions for marketed products and pipeline assets.
• Partner with Field Medical, HEVA, Market Access, Marketing, Legal, and Regulatory teams for scientific accuracy and alignment.
• Oversee RWE studies, review promotional and medical materials for regulatory compliance, and manage external stakeholder relationships.
