Job summary

Sanofi seeks a Medical Director for U.S. Immunology to lead the development and execution of an integrated medical strategy across the U.S. Immunology portfolio.

The role collaborates with Medical Field Teams, Clinical, Regulatory, and Market Access to optimize patient outcomes through evidence-based actions. The leader will oversee clinical research programs (Phase IIIB–IV), real-world evidence, and medical communications while driving AI-enabled data analytics and external scientific

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant clinical or Medical Affairs experience in allergy/immunology.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
• Experience building and executing US medical strategies and plans.
• Proven ability to engage with Key Opinion Leaders and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated US Medical Plan for Immunology, including medical education, communications and publications, safety, and clinical research.
• Provide medical leadership to Clinical, Commercial, Regulatory and Market Access teams for marketed products and pipeline assets.
• Collaborate with Field Medical, Market Access, Marketing, Legal, and Regulatory to ensure scientific accuracy and strategic alignment.
• Lead AI-driven approaches to literature analysis, data interpretation, and scientific communication.
• Oversee Real World Evidence design and integration to support payer decision-making.
• Represent Sanofi at medical congresses and advisory boards and train internal/external audiences.
• Review and approve promotional and medical materials for compliance with regulations.
