Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years of relevant experience; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience turning market and stakeholder insights into actionable strategies and tactics.
• Experience engaging external customers and partnering with senior leaders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including to internal and external senior leaders.
• Strong strategic skills with creativity and ability to manage ambiguity and challenge the status quo.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of marketers and drive HCP strategy to optimize PAXLOVID utilization.
• Develop and implement annual tactical plans based on customer insights.
• Contribute to overall brand strategy and culture as a member of the US PAXLOVID leadership team.
• Measure impact of marketing initiatives and drive continuous improvement to meet brand objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned, synergistic plans.
• Oversee budget and agency performance, ensuring effective marketing execution.
• Lead key meetings (POA, sales) and drive training aligned with brand strategy.
