Pfizer seeks a Senior Director, HCP Team Lead, US Antiviral to guide marketing strategies for U.S. HCPs in a dynamic market. You will translate insights into action, collaborate with CEP and cross-functional teams, and drive plans that accelerate treatment for eligible patients.

The role requires proven leadership, strategic thinking, and a track record of delivering results in a complex environment, reporting to the VP of US Antiviral.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience; master’s degree preferred.
• Experience translating market and stakeholder insights into actionable strategies.
• Experience engaging external customers and presenting to senior leaders.
• Strong strategic skills and comfort operating in ambiguity.
• Ability to challenge the status quo and drive excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of marketers and drive HCP strategy to support PAXLOVID utilization.
• Develop and implement annual tactical plans based on customer insights.
• Contribute to overall brand strategy and leadership team objectives.
• Measure impact of marketing initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure marketing materials are compelling across channels.
• Coordinate with market research, CEP, and GCET on insights and training.
• Lead meetings and manage agency performance within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align plans and outcomes.
