Job summary

Pfizer seeks a Senior Director, HCP Team Lead, US Antiviral to guide marketing strategies for U.S. healthcare professionals in a complex market.

You will partner with CEP, CMO, GCET and agencies to translate insights into action and accelerate treatment access for eligible patients. You will lead a team of experienced marketers, drive annual tactical plans, and own measures of impact while aligning with brand strategy and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop the overall HCP strategy and tactics for PAXLOVID utilization.
• Lead annual tactical plans aligned with brand objectives and insights.
• Own measurement of marketing initiatives and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with CEP, GCET, GC… and cross‑functional teams to execute plans.
• Lead U.S. POA and other Sales Force meetings; manage agency partners.
