Pfizer is seeking a Senior Director, HCP Team Lead, US Antiviral to guide the development and execution of marketing strategies for U.S. healthcare professionals in a dynamic market.

You will lead a team, develop the HCP strategy, and collaborate with CEP, GCET, and other teams to drive utilization of PAXLOVID and achieve brand objectives. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellence in managing large-scale marketing programs with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience; master's degree preferred.
• Experience translating market and stakeholder insights into actionable strategies and tactics.
• Experience engaging external customers and partners.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including to internal and external senior leaders.
• Strong strategic skills with creativity in addressing major strategic challenges; ability to navigate ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of experienced marketers and drive HCP treatment for appropriate patients.
• Develop the overall HCP strategy and annual tactical plans based on key insights.
• Be a member of the U.S. PAXLOVID leadership team and contribute to brand strategy and culture.
• Measure and communicate the impact of HCP marketing initiatives; drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure marketing materials are compelling across channels and align with brand strategy.
