Job summary

UNiDAYS is seeking a Senior Business Development Director to own lead generation and drive partner acquisition in the US Food, Travel and Experiences category. You will work directly with Tier 1 brands, leveraging the UNiDAYS product suite to engage Gen Z through verified identity and performance marketing.

As an individual contributor in a high-growth market, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders across performance, brand and eCommerce to accelerate growth and unlock opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media with a track record of meeting ambitious targets.
• Experience with partner/agency/affiliate management, business development and negotiations.
• Deep understanding of the e-commerce industry and the tools used for outreach/lead generation.
• Team players who collaborate cross-functionally with the Commercial team to drive partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Own lead generation for the US Food, Travel and Experiences category and drive partner acquisition.
• Establish positive, productive external partner relationships.
• Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships and share ideas to accelerate US growth.
• Ensure day-to-day sales operations drive partner acquisition and conversion using Salesforce dashboards.
• Report pipeline and partner results to senior managers on a regular basis.
• Champion commercial challenges, driving innovations with partners.
• Manage B2B conferences and new business hospitality events to acquire new partners.
• Demonstrate resilience, proactive approach and exceptional communication.
