BWF America, Inc. seeks a General Manager (f/m/d) USA to take full entrepreneurial responsibility for its U.S. operations.

You will align American market demands with the long-term strategy of a German family-owned company, directing growth, efficiency, and governance. You will lead strategic planning, manage P&L, and build strong partnerships with customers and stakeholders, while developing the local management team and reporting to the headquarters in Germany.

Formación

• Degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or business administration.
• Several years in general management or business leadership roles.
• Proven leadership experience in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Full responsibility for operational and financial management of the U.S. site, including P&L ownership.
• Lead strategic planning, forecasting, and regular reporting to headquarters in Germany.
• Ensure efficient production and business processes to meet customer requirements on time.
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with customers, authorities, service providers, and other stakeholders.
• Lead and develop the local management team in close collaboration with group leadership.
