Booking.com is seeking a Fintech Commercial Lead to advance the US Fintech strategy across the Booking Holdings brand portfolio, including Booking.com, Priceline, and OpenTable. The role centers on translating complex priorities into measurable commercial impact.

You will drive margin through fintech solutions, build partnerships, and collaborate with Product, Legal, Finance, Treasury, Fraud, Operations, and brand teams to deliver value for customers and partners in the US market.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Strategy, Commercial Partnerships, and Business Development, ideally within Fintech or adjacent tech sectors.
• Payments experience with understanding of payment lifecycle and economics.
• MBA or equivalent advanced exec education is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the US Fintech Strategy across BKNG US brands, translating priorities into workstreams and business cases.
• Drive commercial margin contribution by delivering incremental financial outcomes and cost savings.
• Scale Fintech solutions and products that deliver value for BKNG brands, customers, partners, and suppliers.
• Unlock value through partnerships with card networks, PSPs, and Fintech providers beyond core payments.
• Align stakeholders across Product, Legal, Finance, Treasury, Fraud, and Operations to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Deliver concise executive updates, business cases, and strategic recommendations.
