Job summary

Reed Recruitment USA is assisting a client in San Antonio, TX to hire a Financial Controller. The role reports to the US Finance Director and partners with group FP&A, leadership, and UK/Brazil teams to drive forward-looking financial insights.

The incumbent will own US budgeting/forecasting, prepare management reports, and oversee balance sheet activities. This is a hybrid role with occasional travel to CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5+ years in FP&A/financial management in US-based business preferred.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and month-end close experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with US leadership to provide timely analyses and recommendations.
• Own US budget and rolling forecasts for US and Brazil.
• Prepare management accounts and KPIs with variance analysis.
• Oversee AP/AR processes, invoicing, and cash flow reporting.
• Coordinate US GAAP reporting, lease accounting and tax compliance.
