Job summary

Edward Mann is seeking an FP&A Controller in the San Francisco area to lead budgeting and forecasting for the region. You will partner with regional heads, provide financial analysis, and deliver accurate forecasts and reports to support growth.

You will supervise daily financial operations with the Regional VP, maintain the balanced scorecard, monitor cash flow, and drive continuous improvement across the finance function in a hybrid work setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute budgets and forecasts for the region.
• Provide timely financial reporting and analysis to regional leadership.
• Supervise day-to-day finance operations with the Regional VP, including GL, AP/AR.
• Review expenses and audits and suggest policy adjustments to CFO.
• Monitor cash flow and financial performance metrics for efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes.
