Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Accounting/Finance from a top US university.
• Minimum of three years of financial accounting and management experience in a local US enterprise.
• Proficient in IFRS and US GAAP; ACCA, US CPA, or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent command of English and Mandarin Chinese in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

Responsibilities

• Execute directives from Group Headquarters Finance to ensure timely, high-quality outputs.
• Establish US subsidiary accounting standards compliant with US regulations; oversee financial statements, budgeting, analysis, audits.
• Monitor cash flow; optimize customer credit terms; collect overdue accounts receivable to safeguard cash flow.
• Develop financial solutions for US operations; manage lifecycle of investment projects; support daily management and decision-making.
• Establish internal controls and risk management systems; ensure compliance across financial, tax, and legal areas.
