Qualifications

• Minimum of six years of experience in finance or business.
• Experience developing, maintaining, and managing structured documentation.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills to support monitoring and remediation.

Responsibilities

• Embed financial and IT controls across Managed Markets Finance operations to ensure compliant practices.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, managing requests and documentation readiness.
• Assess and document controls from a risk-based perspective.
• Monitor adherence to Sarbanes‑Oxley compliance requirements.
• Review control evidence for alignment with requirements and manuals.
• Perform segregation of duties analysis and review authorization limits.
• Support annual risk and control assessments, including acquisitions/divestitures.
• Partner with IT to maintain compliant data and digital control environments.
• Manage sub-certification documentation for government price reporting and external assessments.
• Support mandatory compliance trainings across the organization.
