Amazon Leo Field Services is seeking a US Field Services Leader to own the end-to-end professional installation and support experience for residential, business, and government customers across the United States. The role requires deep experience launching and scaling Field Operations in telecommunications, satellite, or in-home services environments.

You will lead cross-functional coordination across Go-to-Market, Supply Chain, Hardware Engineering, Customer Support, and Product/Program

Responsibilities

• Launch and scale installation and maintenance networks across the U.S.
• Coordinate Go-to-Market, Supply Chain, Engineering, Support, and PM teams.
• Translate forecasts into regional capacity and staffing plans.
• Own field service performance: install success, SLA, customer satisfaction.
• Deliver operational readouts and memos to senior leadership.
• Mentor team members and shape Field Services strategy.
