Micron Technology is expanding its Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) program across U.S. sites, including Idaho.

The US Expansion EHS Program Manager will standardize processes, coordinate training, reporting and governance across multiple locations to ensure safe, compliant operations. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, dashboards, and collaboration with construction, manufacturing, and health functions to support scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience managing cross-site programs.
• Experience developing training programs and documentation.
• Strong analytics and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence across multiple levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of standardized EHS programs, processes, and documentation across U.S. expansion sites
• Manage EHS communications, employee engagement initiatives, leadership messaging, and awareness campaigns
• Oversee EHS training programs, document management systems, training records, and competency tracking
• Develop and maintain EHS dashboards, metrics, executive reporting, and data analytics to support proactive risk reduction and continuous improvement
• Provide governance for construction medical clinic operations, workers’ compensation programs, injury management processes, and related stakeholder partnerships
