Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Program Manager Lead for US Expansion EHS Programs to standardize and implement health, safety, and environmental initiatives across Idaho and New York sites.

You will develop governance, dashboards, and training to scale operations, collaborate with construction, manufacturing, and occupational health teams, and drive data‑driven risk reduction and continuous improvement across the expansion program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Business, Communications, Workforce Development, or a related field.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs in a complex, multi-site environment.
• Experience developing and implementing training programs, operational documentation, communications, or business processes.
• Strong analytical, project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with experience using data to drive decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively across multiple levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of standardized EHS programs, processes, and documentation across U.S. expansion sites
• Manage EHS communications, employee engagement initiatives, leadership messaging, and awareness campaigns
• Oversee EHS training programs, document management systems, training records, and competency tracking
• Develop and maintain EHS dashboards, metrics, executive reporting, and data analytics to support proactive risk reduction and continuous improvement
• Provide governance for construction medical clinic operations, workers’ compensation programs, injury management processes, and related stakeholder partnerships
