Job summary

Job&Talent is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to the US CEO to act as a force multiplier in a fast-growing global organization. You will protect the CEO’s time, optimize priorities, and help leaders across the US and Europe stay aligned amid a complex matrix.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years supporting C-Suite/senior executives in a fast-paced, high-growth global organization.
  • Proven ability to anticipate executive needs, manage competing priorities, and work independently with high discretion.
  • Expert in multi-time-zone calendar management and complex international travel coordination
  • Strong organizational skills with a track record of driving initiatives and maintaining high attention to detail
  • Exceptional written/verbal communication; highly proficient in Google Workspace (or Microsoft 365)
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Executive Assistant to the US CEO

We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to serve as a high-impact partner to our US CEO and drive operational momentum across a scaling global organization.


This is more than administrative support; you will act as the US CEO’s force multiplier. In this role, you will optimize executive focus, navigate complex international matrix structures across the US and Europe, anticipate roadblocks before they emerge, and drive cross-functional accountability. Operating in a fast-paced environment, you’ll balance high-stakes gatekeeping with seamless leadership alignment.

Responsibilities:

Executive Operations & Advisory



  • Partner directly with the US CEO as a trusted gatekeeper and advisor to optimize time and strategic focus, while maintaining exceptional relationships across the business

  • Anticipate roadblocks, resolve issues proactively, and foster seamless cross-functional relationships.

  • Own and optimize a highly dynamic executive calendar across multiple time zones, balancing strategic priorities, customer engagements, travel, and internal leadership commitments


Travel & Logistics Operations



  • Oversee end-to-end domestic and international travel, including itineraries, logistics, and real-time disruption handling.

  • Coordinate logistics for executive offsites, board meetings, conferences, and high-value customer engagements.


Executive Communications & Project Governance



  • Draft and refine executive communications, presentations, and employee communications across the US organization .

  • Facilitate strategic planning sessions and leadership meetings, tracking action items to enforce cross-functional accountability.

  • Manage high-priority special initiatives from strategic planning through execution.


Requirements:
