Experience: Trainee/entry-level to senior roles, from Senior Manager to Director and Partner.

General Requirements by Role: Proven experience in public accounting, corporate tax departments, or top law firms. Prior experience in top tax firms or Big 4. Strong knowledge of complex tax compliance, provision work, or advisory services. Specializations in corporate, partnership, international, private client, M&A, digital assets, transferee, etc. Exposure to SALT, transfer pricing, R&D tax credits, IRS controversy, or FATCA is welcome. CPA qualification preferred; EA, MST/LL.M in Tax are valued. Experience in Tax Technology is also considered. Leadership experience in managing and mentoring junior staff and leading client engagements is important. Familiarity with tax planning, entity structuring, M&A tax due diligence, and offshore structures is a plus.
