Experience: Trainee/entry-level to senior roles, from Senior Manager to Director and Partner.

General Requirements by Role: Proven experience in public accounting, corporate tax departments, or top law firms. Prior experience in a top tax firm or Big 4. Strong knowledge of complex tax compliance, provision work, or advisory services. Specialized concentrations such as corporate, partnership, international, private client, M&A, digital assets, Transferee, etc. Exposure to SALT, transfer pricing, R&D tax credits, IRS controversy, or FATCA is welcome. CPA qualification preferred; EA, MST/LL.M in Tax are valued. Experience in Tax Technology is also beneficial. Proven ability to manage and mentor junior staff and lead client engagements. Familiarity with tax planning, entity structuring, and M&A tax due diligence, offshore structures, are strong pluses.
