Experience

From Trainee/entry-level to senior roles, including Senior Manager, Director, and Partner.

Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience in public accounting, corporate tax departments, or top law firms.
• Prior experience in a top tax firm or Big 4.
• Strong knowledge of complex tax compliance, provision work, or advisory services.
• Specializations such as corporate, partnership, international, private client, M&A, digital assets, Transferee, etc.
• Exposure to SALT, transfer pricing, R&D tax credits, IRS controversy, or FATCA is advantageous.
• CPA qualification preferred; EA, MST/LL.M in Tax are valued.
• Experience in Tax Technology is welcomed.
• Leadership experience in managing and mentoring junior staff and leading client engagements.
• Familiarity with tax planning, entity structuring, and M&A tax due diligence; offshore structures are a plus.
