TD Securities is seeking an Operations Analyst I to join the Domestic Settlements team in Lake Mary, Florida. This role ensures all requirements are met for successful US settlement transactions and works with a team to mitigate risk.

The position offers growth opportunities within a collaborative TD Securities environment, with focus on process improvement and cross-training across department areas.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree and/or 0–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of broker-dealer operations with a focus on equity transactions.
• DTCC, Broadridge BPS, Fail Management experience.
• Proficient in Office 365 suite including Excel and Outlook.
• Strong communication, time management, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team to facilitate daily settlement of US broker-dealer transactions while mitigating risk.
• Cross-train in several areas to gain a diverse skill set and understanding of business flows.
• Review and resolve transaction breaks.
• Develop relationships with Operations, Trading, vendors, Internal and External Auditors, Governance & Control, and Technology to ensure efficient operation.
