TMX Group in New York, NY, seeks a Market Operations specialist for the AlphaX US team to provide expert trading and technology support to US Equities clients in a hybrid, office-based setting. You will help with onboarding, market access, and production trading operations while collaborating across Canada and the US teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of US financial markets experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical, detail oriented with problem solving approach.
• Genuine interest in US equities markets and Market Operations role.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and manage participating organizations and technology vendors.
• Support market access needs and certify participant technology; assist with configuration changes.
• Maintain core US equities production trading operations and monitor activity.
• Serve as part of the US equities contact center providing level one support.
• Provide feedback to improve participant experience across teams.
• Contribute to business requirements, user acceptance testing and readiness for new deliverables.
• Support Business Continuity, Incident Management and Disaster Recovery plans.
• Champion process optimization using participant feedback and industry best practices.
• Coordinate with compliance, product, sales, finance and data analytics teams.
