Job summary

Intrinsic Digital, Inc. seeks a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead our remote team across the United States and the Philippines.

You will mentor teammates, shape strategy, and drive campaign execution with clarity and accountability. You’ll partner with cross-functional leaders to optimize processes, improve performance, and deliver high-quality, scalable marketing programs for multifamily, hospitality, and restaurant clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 3+ years of digital marketing with people and project management.
• Proven success leading campaign strategy and improving processes.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee campaign execution across your pod, ensuring flawless delivery and high performance for new launches and existing property changes.
• Guide and coach team members through regular 1:1s with timely and meaningful feedback.
• Manage workloads and prioritize tasks, ensuring coverage during leaves.
• Handle high-stakes campaign work when needed with expert-level strategy and execution.
• Lead performance monitoring and analyze scorecard metrics to identify trends and insights.
• Collaborate with other leaders to improve internal processes and elevate team performance.
• Contribute to quarterly Rocks and department projects to improve scalability or drive innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field

• 3+ years of digital marketing experience, including people and project management

• Demonstrated success leading campaign strategy and driving process improvements

• Proven ability to prioritize resources and workloads across a team to ensure timely, high-quality delivery

• Skilled at connecting high-level strategy with day-to-day execution, providing clear direction and accountability

Responsibilities include:

• Contribute to quarterly Rocks and department-wide projects—often leading initiatives that improve scalability or drive innovation
