You will mentor and align cross-functional teams, set clear expectations, and ensure the team stays focused on growth, accountability, and results while driving scalable processes and innovations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• 3+ years of digital marketing experience including people and project management.
• Experience leading campaign strategy and driving process improvements.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to prioritize resources and workloads to ensure timely delivery.
• Ability to connect strategy with day-to-day execution and provide accountability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee campaign execution across your pod with flawless delivery and high performance.
• Coach team members through regular 1:1s with clear feedback.
• Manage workloads and prioritize tasks, covering absences or leaves.
• Jump into complex or high-stakes campaign work when needed.
• Lead performance monitoring and track metrics to identify trends.
• Partner with leaders to improve internal processes and elevate team performance.
• Contribute to quarterly Rocks and department projects, driving scalability and innovation.
• Celebrate wins and reinforce a growth, recognition, and results culture.
