Job summary

Apple Inc. in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Creative for Apple Retail to deliver engaging Today at Apple sessions and connect customers with the Apple ecosystem. You will generate excitement, lead interactive experiences, and help customers set up devices while upholding Apple’s values of inclusion.

You’ll draw on retail or sales experience and comfort presenting to live audiences, adapting your style to diverse learners. This role supports a fast-paced store environment and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Be available to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store, and reliably attend work as scheduled, in line with local laws and subject to any approved accommodations.
• Have experience in retail or sales, or related work experience.

Minimum Qualifications

• You should:

• Have experience in retail or sales, or related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Draw from experience with teaching or public presentations and be comfortable presenting to live audiences.
• Adapt facilitation styles to meet the needs of the audience with many learning styles, sizes, and settings.
• Understand the benefits of the Apple ecosystem and influence others to see those benefits.
• Work in a team environment, demonstrating shared responsibility and accountability with other team members.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple priorities at the same time.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $25.91 and $34.51/hr, and most new hires start at $25.91. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.

• Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
