Job summary

Apple Retail in Colorado is seeking a strong Floor Leader to guide a team, empower each member to learn and grow, and deliver an exceptional customer experience across store operations.

You will collaborate with leadership and People partners, address escalations, recruit and retain diverse talent, and uphold Apple’s standards while driving business priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

Description

Lead a team, developing and empowering each team member to learn, grow, and achieve performance and developmental goals.

Assist with recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team.

Actively participate in Floor Leadership by interacting with team members and customers throughout the store, modeling what good looks like, and making sure that business priorities are met and exceptional customer service is delivered.

Address customer and team member concerns and escalations, and partner with leadership and key business or People partners when appropriate.

Drive business priorities and achieve store performance goals by planning and executing operational strategies within assigned functional areas.

Maintain and uphold company policies and procedures, and protect all company assets, including confidential business, customer, team member, and financial information.

Perform other tasks as needed.

Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting each other’s differences and having the curiosity to learn.

Demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.

Be a role model for inclusive leadership behaviors and build, develop, and retain diverse teams.

Take action to create a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all team members.

Minimum Qualifications
  • You should:
  • Be available to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store, and reliably attend work as scheduled, in line with local laws and subject to any approved accommodations.
  • Be proficient in written and spoken English (sign language supported).
  • Have experience leading others in retail, sales, or a related field.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $38.54 and $64.22/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You’ll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses — including tuition.
