Job summary
HP is seeking a Supplies Business Analyst - Channel Investment & Programs Manager to lead forecasting, planning, and performance management across the North America Supplies business. You will partner with Category, Sales, Finance, and Channel leadership to deliver data-driven insights, governance, and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a business/finance/data analytics field.
- 7+ years in business management, forecasting, analytics, or sales operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven insights.
- Excellent financial acumen supporting planning, forecasting, and investment decisions.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead forecasting and business planning processes across Revenue, unit, and market-share performance.
- Develop insights from sales, market, partner, and competitive data.
- Monitor performance against targets and identify risks and opportunities.
- Coordinate program investment decisions and financial reporting for partner programs.
- Build executive dashboards, scorecards, and performance reviews.
