Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
• Typically 4–7 years of work experience in strategy, planning, operations, market research, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Owns sales forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
• Responsible for Sales Coverage, Quota, and Compensation Plan design and deployment.
• Conducts and summarizes complex data to develop business plans.
• Constructs reporting and analytic financial models from diverse sources.
• Defines metrics to measure performance and compares to forecasts.
• Executes market research and analyzes industry and competitors.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather data and validate insights.
• Performs ad-hoc reports, modeling, and special projects.
