Job summary

Veloxis Pharmaceuticals, an Asahi-Kasei Group Company based in Cary, NC, seeks a Manager, Commercial Analytics to lead analytics across sales, marketing, market access, and executive leadership, transforming data into actionable recommendations that drive business performance.

Reporting to the Director of Business Intelligence, you will partner with Sales Leadership, Marketing and Market Access to identify opportunities, evaluate performance and support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5-8+ years of experience in commercial analytics, business intelligence, sales analytics or related function.
• Experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare or life sciences organizations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau or similar analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of analytics initiatives supporting brand performance and business objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for analytical support across Sales, Marketing, Market Access and Executive Leadership.
• Develop actionable insights and recommendations to improve commercial effectiveness.
• Identify emerging business trends, opportunities and risks through proactive analysis.
• Facilitate data-driven decision making throughout the organization.
