Job summary

Bo​ehringer Ingelheim seeks a Clinical Trial Manager to oversee the local component of a clinical trial, ensuring recruitment, timelines and budget adherence. You will lead a cross-functional team, coordinate with CRAs and sites, and safeguard data integrity and patient safety.

You will operate in a GCP/regulatory environment, collaborating across functions and countries as needed, with travel to Ridgefield CT or other BI locations. Remote work is possible with periodic onsite requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years in clinical research or equivalent.
• Advanced degrees provide additional clinical trial experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical clinical development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee local component of a clinical trial to meet recruitment timelines.
• Lead local cross-functional study team for planning, conduct, and closeout.
• Ensure patient safety, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with CRAs, sites, and external stakeholders.
• Travel domestically up to 10–20% as required.
