Job summary

Bicara Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Manager to lead and oversee multi-region clinical trials, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance. You will drive vendor oversight, site performance, and risk management while partnering with cross-functional teams, sites, and CROs to execute trials efficiently.

The role requires a strong background in clinical operations, global trial management, and preferably Phase 2/3 and oncology experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences is required.
Minimum of 5 years’ clinical trial management experience in pharma/biotech/CRO.
Experience managing global trials across geographies and regulatory regimes.
Phase 2/3 experience and oncology exposure are strongly preferred.
Operational knowledge, project planning, and oversight of CROs/vendors.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day management of one or more clinical trials across regions.
Partner with cross-functional teams, sites, and CROs to ensure study quality and timelines.
Drive vendor oversight, site performance, risk management and issue resolution.
Develop or revise study documents and ensure regulatory and quality standards.
Monitor progress, budgets, and timelines; manage CROs and third-party vendors.
Contribute to regulatory documents and study-related publications as needed.
