Job summary

BeOne seeks a Senior Director, North America Compliance to lead the NA Compliance program for U.S. Commercial and Market Access. You will partner closely with senior leaders across Market Access, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Operations to align compliance with growth initiatives.

You will translate complex regulations into actionable guardrails, drive risk assessments, and mentor a high-performing team. This role requires strategic leadership and readiness to travel domestically.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years in healthcare compliance, legal, regulatory or related fields in pharma/life sciences.
• Experience advising Market Access and U.S. payer/reimbursement environments.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. pharmaceutical compliance requirements and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead NA Compliance for U.S. Commercial and Market Access activities.
• Provide strategic compliance guidance on launches, pricing, rebates, and access initiatives.
• Partner with senior leaders across Legal, HR, and Ops to embed controls in processes.
• Develop training and guidance to promote a culture of integrity and risk awareness.
