Job summary

FairSquare, Inc. is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy across multiple offices. You will own unit economics, forecast rigor, and balance-sheet durability, partnering with the President and executive team to drive profitable growth and capital allocation.

You will manage liquidity, treasury, and investor relations, while guiding capital markets activities and ensuring regulatory compliance. This role is based in an in-person, multi-office setting with frequent travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; Master's preferred; CPA strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership in financial services, with lending and leasing experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, leadership, writing, and communication skills.
• Experience operating in a highly regulated industry with SOC audits and FASB 13.

Responsibilities

• Own unit economics and forecasting for every product and channel with cohort-level metrics.
• Manage liquidity, treasury, lines of credit, and warehouse facilities to maximize investments.
• Lead capital-raising efforts and maintain relationships with lenders and investors.
• Partner with the executive team to test strategy and translate ambition into a plan.
• Oversee portfolio performance, risk, reserves, and early-warning reporting.
• Deliver consolidated financial reporting across multiple entities.
