Job summary

Lendable, a leading fintech, is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to lead the US credit card product. You will own the acquisition and growth strategy from first touch through activation, reporting to the CPO and partnering with the US Cards Managing Director.

You will join a small, ambitious team focused on data-driven problem solving, applying AI tools to prototype, analyse, and ship impactful features. This role emphasizes origination, growth, and end-to-end product lifecycle in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Product Management experience.
• 2+ years of consumer lending, ideally credit cards.
• Experience at a startup or owning a high-growth product in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong technical fluency across decision engines, APIs, and data flows; ability to work with AI tools daily.
• Ability to combine data, customer understanding, and market signals to drive prioritization.
• Strong numerical intuition: funnel, cohort analysis, and data-driven decision making.
• Comfortable getting to data with AI; deep SQL expertise is not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Product Vision & Roadmap for the US card product and coordinate with Credit, Growth, Design, Data Science and Compliance.
• Execute hands-on by prototyping, writing tickets, and owning implementation and design decisions.
• Drive data-backed decisions using AI to analyse and optimise performance.
• Maintain an outcome-focused mindset with clear, measurable goals and course-correct when needed.
