Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking the VP, US Brand Head - IPF/PPF to lead the US strategy for a $4B+ brand from PoC through launch and lifecycle management. The role emphasizes market readiness, launch excellence, and cross-functional collaboration with Global teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, science or related field required.
MBA or science-related graduate degree preferred.
Twelve+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare across multiple disciplines recommended.
Recent US brand launch experience desired.

Responsibilities

Lead and drive the US brand launch and lifecycle strategy, delivering on launch objectives and market development.
Collaborate with Global Launch Brand Teams to align strategies and execution for the US market.
Own US brand P&L, revenue forecasting, and budget management.
Drive cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Program Leads to ensure timely launches and sustained performance.
Ensure compliance and effective risk management across all activities.
