Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, science or related field required.

• Proven strategic and analytical skills with extensive industry experience.
• Experience in Rx brand marketing and US market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Lead US Brand Team members across Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access and Program Leads.
• Own the US brand P&L, including revenue forecasting and budget management.
• Drive market development, launch readiness, and lifecycle brand strategy.
• Collaborate with Global launch teams to align US plans with global priorities.
• Ensure compliance and high performance culture across brand initiatives.
