Pair Networks Inc. (“Pair Networks”), a provider of full-range webhosting services based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (USA) and Your.Online, a leading platform of local brands providing online services, are proud to announce that they will join forces. Your.Online have signed an agreement to acquire Pair Networks from its current owner, Liberated Syndication Inc. (“Libsyn”), a leading podcasting platform for creators and advertisers. The transaction marks Your.Online’s first step into the US market, paving the way for further acquisitions to bolster its position in the North American online services market.

Founded in 1996, Pair Networks provides a full range of powerful, transparent and reliable website hosting services including shared hosting, WordPress hosting, virtual private servers and a suite of customized solutions. Pair Networks is renowned for its exceptional technical knowledge and unbeatable customer support. In an era increasingly dominated by global conglomerates, Pair Networks and Your.Online stand together in their commitment to maintain close ties with their local customer base, keep up its high quality service offering, outstanding customer support and personalized service offering. Libsyn was looking for a good and permanent home for Pair as it shifts its full focus on its podcasting activities. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close by the end of August 2024.
