We are hiring a Venture Partner to bring new opportunities into Pairs, grow the network of investors who see them first, and work directly with our co-founders and investor team in a fully remote, asynchronous role. You bring an active founder network and direct investor relationships, having secured at least one private round, and you can demonstrate how

Qualifications

• Active founder network you can bring to the table.
• Direct investor relationships you built personally.
• Have brought at least one company or investor into a private round.
• Understand what makes a company worth an investor's time: stage, traction, round structure, and the reasons investors pass.
• Discretion: do not include investor or company names in your application.
• Use AI tools daily with clear judgement about where they improve your work.

Responsibilities

• Identify and bring in companies raising rounds suitable for diligence.
• Grow and manage relationships with family offices, high-net-worth individuals and angels.
• Match opportunities to investor preferences.
• Collaborate with the two co-founders and our investor team.
• Operate in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
