Our client is a leading financial media and intelligence company delivering news, data and events for the trade, energy and infrastructure sectors. As Conference Producer, you will shape the US event agendas and deliver approximately 3–4 market-leading conferences per year, reporting to the Head of Production.

This is a hands-on role requiring rigorous research, commercial awareness and the ability to develop speaker lineups, manage production timelines and coordinate cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in conference production or B2B events.
• Proven end-to-end event lifecycle ownership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop engaging conference agendas for the US portfolio.
• Produce session titles, descriptions and programme copy.
• Ensure content aligns with audience needs and commercial objectives.
• Attend US events onsite to manage speakers and delivery.
