Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-5 years’ experience in conference production or similar content role
• Proven experience leading conferences as primary project manager
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver conference agendas for the US event portfolio
• Produce session titles, descriptions and programme copy
• Manage speaker acquisition and communications from invitation to delivery
• Attend US events onsite to oversee agenda delivery and speaker management
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and sales to support sponsorship opportunities
