WSP USA seeks a Senior Vice President – US Advisory and Planning Operations Director to lead operational excellence across the advisory and planning functions. You will partner with the BLE to drive revenue, staffing efficiency, EBITDA, DSO, and project performance, influencing strategic growth and KPI attainment.

The role allows base in any WSP USA office, with leadership over regional operations and project delivery. Strong finance acumen and 17+ years’ experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 17+ years of experience in operations, project delivery, or related leadership roles.
• Strong grasp of project financials, staffing, and KPI management.
• Proactive problem-solving and clear, candid communication.
• Leadership with accountability and reliability for outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the BLE to manage operational aspects of the business and monitor KPIs.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and growth strategies for the Business Line.
• Lead pricing, Readiness Reviews, and risk management for large projects.
• Support staffing, staff billability, and cross-region work sharing.
• Provide training and mentoring for project managers and staff.
• Ensure high standards in delivery, quality, safety, and ethics.
