Job summary

Bucci Industries USA is seeking an Accounting Specialist to join the Charlotte team and support day-to-day accounting activities for the U.S. organization. You will work closely with the Accounting & Financial Specialist, the Group CFO, and colleagues in the U.S. and Italy.

The role includes accounts payable, reconciliations, payroll support, and financial reporting. Multinational exposure, ERP experience, and strong Excel skills are expected; English is mandatory, Italian is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. accounting processes.
• Experience with ERP systems; Sage 100 is a plus.
• Good Excel skills.
• Bilingual/C2-level English proficiency is mandatory.
• Italian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support accounts payable, invoice processing, and vendor management.
• Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.
• Support payroll, timekeeping, employee expenses, and benefits administration.
• Maintain accurate accounting and employee records.
• Assist with financial reporting and accounting activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and colleagues across the Bucci Industries Group.
• Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with internal policies.
