Indiana University Health seeks a Vice Chair of Clinical and Academic Administration in Urology to lead the department's administrative, fiscal, research, education and clinical operations. Reporting to the Department Chair and collaborating with IU School of Medicine leadership, this role shapes strategic plans and ensures alignment with university and health system goals.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in Health Admin or Business Admin.
• Master's in Health Admin or MBA strongly preferred.
• 5–8 years of progressively responsible experience in financial and clinical group practice administration.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience.

Aufgaben

• Direct and manage the administrative, fiscal, research, education and clinical operations of the department.
• Prepare and analyze budgets and financial reports; oversee personnel policies and procedures.
• Implement administrative systems and IT/security oversight; manage space and equipment inventory.
• Align department goals with IUSoM and IU Health strategic priorities in partnership with the Chair.
