Indiana University Health is seeking a Vice Chair of Clinical and Academic Administration-Urology to lead administrative, financial, research, education, and clinical operations within the Department of Urology.

The position reports to the Department Chair and interfaces with IU School of Medicine, IU Health Physicians, and executive leaders to drive strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Formación

• Bachelor's in Health Administration or Business Administration is required.
• Master's in Business Administration or Health Administration strongly preferred.
• 5–8 years in financial and clinical group practice administration.
• 7–10 years of relevant leadership experience.
• Knowledge of finance, operations, strategic planning and community relations.
• Experience in academic health system environment is a plus.
• Strong administrative and management capabilities including group practice management.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulatory guidelines.
• Commitment to service excellence and patient-centered care.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and manage the administrative, fiscal, research, education and clinical operations of the department.
