Job summary

UC Irvine’s Center for Clinical Research (CCR) seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator to lead day-to-day execution of assigned trials from initiation through close-out. The role involves coordinating data collection, CRFs, and communication with sponsors, IRB, FDA, and investigators across multiple sites in Orange County.

Under supervision, you will screen participants, conduct interviews, ensure Good Clinical Practice, and maintain trial management systems such as OnCore, while collaborating

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related area or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• At least 3 years of clinical research coordination or related experience.
• Experience with human subjects research and IRB submissions.
• Strong data management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of assigned clinical trials from initiation to close-out.
• Coordinate data collection, CRFs, and EDC submissions across sites.
• Maintain relationship with IRB, FDA, and sponsors; ensure GCP/ICH compliance.
• Screen participants, conduct interviews, and assist investigators.
