Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Urology Specialty Representative to drive product adoption within targeted urology accounts in Portland, ME. You will engage urologists, APPs, practice administrators, and clinical staff to support patient identification, treatment selection, and appropriate product utilization.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree is required.
• Strong track record in pharmaceutical/biotech sales is expected.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% including overnight travel.
• Ability to lift/move up to 35 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated business plan.
• Translate formulary wins and market access achievements into consistent prescribing within targeted accounts.
• Educate customers on patient eligibility, treatment selection, and clinical rationale supporting the hospital-avoidance value proposition.
• Identify and address clinical, operational, behavioral, and process-related barriers impacting product adoption.
• Plan and organize activities to achieve call metrics, optimizing coverage to maximize access and sales opportunities.
• Develop in-depth product and account knowledge and stay informed on local market trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share best practices and drive aligned execution.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities effectively.
• Complete administrative tasks promptly and adhere to company policies.
