Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions in Portland, Oregon seeks a Urology Specialty Representative to drive product adoption across targeted urology accounts, including large practices and hospital-affiliated clinics. You will engage urologists, APPs, practice admins, and staff to support patient identification, treatment selection, and appropriate product utilization within approved indications.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• 4+ years of demonstrated sales success in pharma/biotech.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Educate customers on product indications and clinical value.
• Plan and organize activities to maximize call coverage and access.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support market access and formulary wins.
• Complete administrative tasks and manage territory budget.
