Job summary

Syneos Health in Kokomo, IN seeks a Urology Specialty Representative to drive product adoption across targeted urology accounts, engaging urologists, APPs, and staff to support patient identification and treatment selection.

You will build a territory business plan, deliver clinical brand presentations, and collaborate across a matrixed sales organization to meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring compliant, data-driven strategies.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• 4+ years of demonstrated sales success in pharmaceutical/medical/biotech industry.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnight travel.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated business plan.
• Translate formulary wins and market access achievements into consistent prescribing and utilization within targeted accounts.
• Educate customers on patient eligibility, treatment selection, and the clinical rationale supporting the product’s value proposition.
• Identify and address barriers impacting product adoption.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
