Qualifications

• Deliver comprehensive inpatient and outpatient urologic care across modalities.
• Engage in call coverage and emergency urologic services.
• Collaborate on scope of services, equipment planning, and workflow optimization.
• Lead multidisciplinary approaches to patient care with PCPs, oncology, nephrology, and surgical teams.
• Establish and monitor quality and outcome metrics to ensure high standards of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative leadership for urology services within clinic and hospital settings.
• Perform full spectrum of general urologic procedures including endoscopic, laparoscopic, and open cases.
• Deliver comprehensive inpatient and outpatient urologic care.
• Participate in call coverage and emergency services.
• Collaborate on scope of services, equipment planning, and workflow optimization.
