Job summary

OhioHealth in Pickerington is seeking a Urology Physician Practice Manager to direct, coordinate, and manage all practice functions, including operations, finances, budgets, and compliance. You will work closely with physicians to ensure efficient patient flow, timely communication, and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (Required)
• Healthcare or Business Administration or related field required; Master’s Degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate, and manage all practice functions including operations and finances.
• Responsible for staffing, payroll, and annual performance evaluations; ensure appropriate coverage and fiscal responsibility.
• Develop and implement patient services policies and procedures; resolve patient complaints.
• Oversee monthly financials, accounts payable/receivable, and budget preparation.
• Coordinate IT support and vendor contracts; ensure regulatory compliance and HIPAA training.
• Serve as a liaison among physicians, staff, and organizational leaders.
